Nerida is a self-tracking tool for perimenopause symptoms. It helps you record symptoms, see trends, and produce a report to discuss with a clinician. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
2. Not medical advice
Nerida is a wellness and tracking tool, not a medical device. Scores, trends and insights are informational and based on what you enter. Always consult a qualified clinician for medical decisions. See our medical disclaimer.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for the accuracy of what you log. You must be of legal age in your country to use the service.
4. Acceptable use
Use Nerida for your own personal tracking. Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or disrupt the platform.
5. Subscriptions
Some features may be offered on a paid plan. Pricing and terms for any paid plan will be shown before you purchase.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on the information in the app. Your health is between you and your clinician.
7. Termination
You can stop using Nerida and delete your data at any time from within the app.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; we will revise the date above when we do.
